The load – unload robot covers long distances fast handling two parts at a time weighing up to 6,000 lbs and 50ft long. Unloading a completed part and loading a green part takes only twelve seconds providing the highest possible productivity through two ultra large CNC lathes. Sag is measured and automatically compensated when chucking the very long and heavy parts.
