The ABOT™ is the first and only automated case cutter with programmable cut patterns automatically applied to thousands of box sizes. Generic patterns are programmed as recipes by touch screen controls indicating location of cuts and cut depths. Recipes are automatically scaled and instantaneously applied to cut any box size in its wide range without prior programming. In effect, ten thousand different box sizes are programmed in seconds.

Enhanced recipe programming takes advantage of ABOTs super precise servo blade positioning. Cut accuracy is increased in a wider range of box types and sizes. Positional tweaks in multiple axes and hundreds of potential recipes provide the “dial in” for a perfect cut in especially tightly packed boxes. ABOTs are smart with enhanced sensing and logic to keep running without an operator or intervention. ABOT™ clears itself of jams and changes its own blades when they get dull.
